To qualify for a referral bonus, all of the following must be true:

• The person being referred must be new to TrueRife frequency generators. They are not eligible if they have previously purchased an F-117 or F-122 frequency generator directly from TrueRife. Any other past purchase is fine — bulbs, sheets, footbaths, stands, replacement parts and other accessories do not affect eligibility.

• The new customer must name you when they order. Ordering online, they type your name into the "Did someone refer you?" box in the cart before clicking Checkout. Ordering by phone, they give your name to our representative.

• The order must be a package, or reach $5,000 if items are purchased individually — calculated before tax and shipping, after any discounts.

• The order must include a TrueRife F-122 Frequency Generator and be completed in a single transaction.

The referrer must own a TrueRife frequency generator purchased directly from TrueRife.

The referrer must submit a completed W-9 to TrueRife within 10 days of the customer's purchase. Bonuses cannot be paid without one.

The referral must be confirmed in writing within 10 days of the purchase. Email is required — we cannot accept a phone call as confirmation, because we need a record of the claim.

Every qualifying referral pays a flat $500, regardless of which package the referred customer purchases.

Referral rewards can be issued via Zelle, Venmo, or a check mailed to the address listed on the completed W-9 form. If your W-9 is already on file, your reward is paid within 24 hours.
