Grounded All Night — By Design

The TrueRife Fitted Grounded Bed Sheet makes grounding part of your sleep. It's a fitted sheet woven with silver fiber — 10% silver, 90% soft cotton — that you sleep directly on top of. Put it on the bed, plug it in once, and you're grounded all night, every night, without doing anything at all.

The design: only the bottom half is conductive — on purpose

The lower half of the sheet is the grounded, conductive half. The top half is plain cotton. That's deliberate: your overnight bulb sits at the head of the bed — over the headboard or behind your pillow — and the energy is drawn through your body into the grounded lower half of the sheet. If the whole sheet were conductive, the bulb would ground straight into the top instead of working through you. You lie between the bulb and the ground — that's the whole design.

Set it up right

Orient the sheet so the conductive (lower) half is toward the foot of the bed, with your bulb up at the head. The sheet connects to the ground prong of a standard three-prong wall outlet — plug it in once, and there's nothing to remember after.
