Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Because the TrueRife Cloud is web-based, an active internet connection is required.
What devices can I use with the TrueRife Cloud?
The TrueRife Cloud is compatible with Windows 11 and macOS 16 or newer and works only with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
If you are a Mac user, you'll want to make sure you have Google Chrome installed.
How does the Advisor work?
The Advisor uses AI technology trained on the extensive research, educational materials, and frequency resources of Mike Tigchelaar, the founder of TrueRife, to help answer questions and guide you through the platform.
Do I need experience with Rife to use the Advisor?
No. Whether you're new to frequency wellness or have years of experience, the Advisor is designed to help make the TrueRife experience easier to navigate.
Do I still need to update my frequencies?
No. Because the TrueRife Cloud is a web-based platform, frequency updates are handled automatically.
When new frequencies, programs, or improvements are added to the Cloud, they'll be available through the platform without requiring manual updates or downloads.
Are there any costs to use the Advisor or TrueRife Cloud?
At this time, no. The TrueRife Advisor and Cloud are currently available to TrueRife users at no additional cost.
As we continue to develop and expand the platform, pricing and features may be subject to change in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Can I still keep my 6.4 software installed?
Yes. You can continue to keep your 6.4 software.
However, the TrueRife Cloud and the installed 6.4 software cannot be opened simultaneously. If both applications are open, you'll receive an error message, and the program will not run properly.
Before using the TrueRife Cloud, make sure your 6.4 software is completely closed.
Can I have multiple Cloud tabs open at the same time?
No. The TrueRife Cloud should only be open in a single browser tab when running programs.
Having multiple Cloud tabs open at the same time can interfere with communication between the Cloud and your generator and may prevent programs from running correctly.
For the best experience, close any duplicate Cloud tabs and use a single active Cloud session when running programs.
