TrueRife Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from TrueRife:
- You have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it. Products must be physically in TrueRife hands within 30 days from the date it was delivered to the customer.
- Purchases canceled before shipment can be refunded. There will be a 3.5% fee applied to compensate for the credit card fees we incur.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from TrueRife can be returned.
- Please ensure that the items you are returning are repackaged with all the cords and original documentation that were included when you received it.
- If TrueRife products are unopened and unused, TrueRife charges a 10% restocking fee or returns within the 30 day time period and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- If TrueRife Products have been used and still within the 30 days, TrueRife charges a 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

- Items that are NOT eligible for returns are listed as followed: Used Ion Pro Waves, Used Footbath Tubs, Used Ground Sheets, Used Soft Ground Mats, Used Trace Elements Hair Tests & Youthful Energy. Laptops are only returnable if they are in "Like New" Condition and can be resold as new.

TrueRife Limited Warranty
We No Longer Service ANY Generator Older than our Current F-122 Model.

TrueRife's warranty obligations for the F-122 are limited to the terms set forth below:
TrueRife, warrants the F-122 product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by TrueRife within the Warranty Period, at its option, TrueRife will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by TrueRife after the first one hundred and eighty (180) days of the Warranty Period, a shipping and handling charge will apply to any repair or exchange of the product undertaken by TrueRife.
TrueRife warrants replacement products or parts provided under this warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the replacement or repair for ninety (90) days or for the remaining portion of the original product's warranty, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TrueRife's property. When a refund is given, your product becomes TrueRife's property. Warranty is non transferable, and only applies to original purchaser.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to the F-122 product manufactured by or for TrueRife that can be identified by the "TRUERIFE" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. TrueRife is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media which runs the F-122 product, or damage to computers including ports. International shipping and local shipping are not covered under warranty. Customer is responsible for international/local shipping back to TrueRife and TrueRife will pay the return shipping to customer only.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-TrueRife products; (b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than TrueRife; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of TrueRife; or (d) if any TrueRife serial number has been removed or defaced (e) running machines without bulb connected to front terminals(d) Ion Pro Wave Hydrotherapy Plates, LED, and wiring are not warranted. (f) bulbs or Qx2 shroud supplied with the TrueRife system are not warranted against breakage or failure under any circumstances. Exterior transistors and fuses are not covered. Order replacements from TrueRife. (Replacement transistors can be purchased on Accessories) (g) to TrueRife products rented out. (h) to re-shipped products by someone other than TrueRife to another address resulting in damage. (i) More than 2 Hyperdrive replacements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRUERIFE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF TRUERIFE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
No TrueRife reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. Connecting any other manufacturer's devices or components directly into our product voids the Warranty.
FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS. TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS MAY BE LIMITED, TRUERIFE'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED, AT ITS SOLE OPTION TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR SUPPLY OF THE REPAIR SERVICE AGAIN.
